LEMON DELIGHT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 sm. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
3 lemons
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Add 3 tablespoons flour to make mix and mix with lemon Jello, eggs, oil and water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Juice 3 lemons, grate 2 rinds and mix with powdered sugar. Pour over cake when still warm, after poking holes in cake with toothpick to improve penetration of lemon mixture. (Can substitute ReaLemon juice for lemons, if desired.)
