LEMON DELIGHT OR CHOCOLATE
DELIGHT
 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter

Combine ingredients and pat into pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Then cool.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 c. whipped topping
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate or lemon pudding
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate or lemon pudding
3 c. milk
Additional whipped topping
Grated chocolate or lemon zest

Combine cream cheese and sugar and then fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture over cooled crust. Combine pudding and milk and whip until thickened, then spread on cream cheese layer. Then cover chocolate or lemon layer with Cool Whip. Sprinkle grated chocolate or lemon zest on top and refrigerate.
