LEMON DELIGHT POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and beat 3 minutes, medium speed. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. It could take longer. Remove from oven. Prick with fork. Pour half of glaze over. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert onto plate. Pour rest of glaze over.
