PASTA E FAGIOLI 
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. ground beef

Cook until browned.

Add: 1 (16 oz.) can white beans or chick peas Salt, pepper, parsley, basil to taste 1 c. water

Simmer 1/2 hour. Add 1/2 lb. cooked elbow macaroni just before serving. Sprinkle servings with Parmesan cheese.
