MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Tomato halves
Stuffed olives

Pour the 1 1/4 cup scalded milk over the soft bread crumbs and butter. Add cooked macaroni, chopped onion, salt, Cheddar cheese and the well beaten eggs. Mix well. Place in a Pam-sprayed casserole. Set casserole in pan of water and bake at 375 degrees in oven for 45 minutes. For the last 15 minutes of baking time arrange tomato halves on top of macaroni and top with dry bread crumbs. Before serving garnish with stuffed olives. Serves 6.
