MACARONI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded, sharp cheese 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup 6 oz. drained sliced mushrooms 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg. of Ritz crackers, crushed Combine macaroni, cheese, soup, mushrooms, milk, onion, pimento, green pepper and 1 cup cracker crumbs. Turn into 2 quart casserole. sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
