MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. box macaroni
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 block mild Cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
3 to 4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni accordingly. Beat eggs with fork. Add milk, cheese, pieces of butter and cooked (already drained) macaroni. Add more milk if needed. (Mixture should be soupy).

Sprinkle top with reserved cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and macaroni is set.
