LINGUINI WITH RED CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (12 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, squeezed
1 sm. can seasoned tomato paste
4 sm. cans chopped clams with water
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped

For that Jersey Fresh Flavor, cook down 6 Jersey Tomatoes and add to canned tomatoes.

Put olive oil, red pepper, and garlic in medium-size pot. Brown garlic and pepper; cool. Add all tomatoes and paste, clams and water. Add salt, pepper, parsley, and basil. Simmer approximately 1 1/2-2 hours on low heat. Serve over linguini.
