8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. chopped black olives
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix above ingredients until creamy. Spread mixture on 8 English muffins that have been cut into quarters. Put into 350 degree oven long enough for cheese to melt.
