CURRIED OLIVE APPETIZER 
1 pkg. English muffins (9 muffins)
1 c. black olives, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Split muffins and lay in a single layer on baking sheet. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on muffin halves. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes until spread is hot and bubbly. Cut each half into fourth or sixths and serve.

Makes about 6 dozen appetizers.
