APPLE BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. apples, peeled, diced
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be thick. Add apples and stir gently. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle on butterscotch morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Needs no icing.
