BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving size) 2 eggs 1 1/3 c. water In large bowl mix these 4 ingredients until moistened. Pour into a 13"x9" greased and floured pan. Combine: 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Sprinkle this mixture on the batter in the pan. Sprinkle the butterscotch bits and nuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
