BUTTERSCOTCH APPLE NUT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cold water
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. apples, chopped fine
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. flour

Mix first 9 ingredients together, add chopped apples, 1/2 cup flour and butterscotch chips. Mix well. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butterscotch chips

Mix well and put on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
