APPLE SALAD 
12 med. apples, diced
Juice of 1 lemon
15 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lb. white grapes
1 dozen marshmallows, cut up
1 c. nuts

Mix salad together.

DRESSING:

Juice from can of pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Mix well. This salad keeps for several days in the refrigerator. Take out as much as you need and add the dressing.
