FRESH APPLE SALAD 
8 c. unpeeled apples, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 c. seedless green grapes

2 tsp. poppy seed
1 c. pecans

DRESSING:

Reserved pineapple juice
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Cook until thick and clear. Cool. Mix with 3/4 - 1 cup Cool Whip and add to fruit. Mix.
