ROMA'S SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. Pet milk
2 eggs
1 c. Velveeta or American sliced cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked, drained Butternut squash or Butter Cup
1/2 stick melted butter

About 1 1/2-2 slices of bread, broken into small pieces makes 2 cups of crumbs. Add milk. Beat eggs and add the remaining ingredients. Combine all and put into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
