LEMON GLAZE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2/3 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. water
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
1 squeezed lemon
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients except egg whites until smooth. Beat egg whites until they form a stiff peak and fold in gently. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

For glaze, mix juice of lemon with the powdered sugar. Pour over cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
