SUGAR PLUM CAKE WITH LEMON GLAZE 
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. salad oil
2 jars (sm.) Gerber strained plums with tapioca
3 beaten eggs
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease well and flour tube pan. Sift together flour, sugar and spices. Stir in oil, plums and beaten eggs. Add nuts. Bake 1 hour.

While still in pan punch holes and pour glaze over cake. Turn out after 15 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice of 2 lemons, approx. 1/2 c.

Mix well and pour over cake.
