CABBAGE CREOLE 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. cabbage, wedged

Saute onion, garlic, and sausage; drain. Add tomato sauce and seasonings, simmer 10 minutes over low flame. Add cabbage; cover and cook 15-20 minutes.
