CHEESE POTATOES 
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled, sliced, cooked
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. flour
Pepper & salt to taste
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. milk

Put potatoes in casserole dish. On medium-low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add 2 cups milk. When thick, remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes.
