VEGGIE BARS 
3 pkg. croissant rolls
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix (dry)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. ea. of: tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, carrots

Spread croissant rolls on 2 cookie sheets with sides for the crust. Bake as directed on can. Beat cream cheese, dressing mix, mayonnaise together and spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle with cheese and finely diced vegetables. Any other favorite vegetable may be added or substituted. Refrigerate a few hours before cutting into squares.
