VEGGIE BARS 
1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls spread out in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake until done.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing

Spread this mixture on cooled bread, still on pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of each of the following on bread and cheese mixture:

Shredded carrots
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Small pieces of cauliflower
Celery
Broccoli
Tomatoes
1 /2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, opt.

Keep chilled and serve from pan, cut into squares.
