CHOCOLATE CREAM DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, crushed

Mix ingredients and press into a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, softened
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat well and pour over cooled layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Beat well and pour over second layer. Top with 1/2 carton (8 ounces) Cool Whip and garnish with nuts, coconut or chocolate bits. Refrigerate.

You can substitute butterscotch, pistachio or any other flavor of pudding instead of chocolate pudding.
