GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1 c. Grapenuts
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Grapenuts
Butter (size of walnuts)

Pour Grapenuts into milk and heat slowly until puffy. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Turn into milk and then pour into baking dish. (Glass casserole dish is the best.) Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup Grapenuts and dot with butter. Bake slowly in 325 to 350 degree oven, as a custard, for 45 minutes.
