NANA'S GRAPENUT PUDDING 
4 c. milk
8 heaping tbsp. Grapenuts
1 c. sugar
5 eggs

Soak Grapenuts in milk for 1/2 hour. Beat sugar and eggs. Combine the two mixtures. Butter a 2 quart casserole and gently ladle mixture into it. Sprinkle with nutmeg if you choose. Place casserole in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
