MOCHA CHOCOLATE GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 c. Grapenuts
1 c. sugar
1 whole egg
3 egg whites, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 c. coffee
4 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place Grapenuts in an ungreased 2 quart dish. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over Grapenuts. Place dish in pan of hot water and bake at 325-350 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife entered in center comes out clean. Serve plain or topped with Cool Whip, vanilla or coffee ice cream. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6-8.
