THE BEST VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. sour cream (use plain yogurt for fewer calories)
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (do not substitute salad dressing)
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. minced dry onions

Mix and chill overnight. Serve with fresh raw vegetables.
