SPINACH DIP | |
1 c. water chestnuts, drained & chopped 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 c. sour cream 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 2-3 chopped green onions, tips & stems 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained & squeezed Mix all ingredients together. Chill at least 4-8 hours. Cut the center from a round loaf of pumpernickel bread. Fill with dip. Break pieces of bread and put around may also be used with your favorite cracker. |
