GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
2 eggs, separated
Pinch of salt
1 c. Grapenuts
4 tbsp. sugar or more
Dash of nutmeg (optional)

Bring milk to a boil. Add Grapenuts. Cool. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Add to Grapenuts and milk. Add salt. Then fold into beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered dish and bake in slow 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
