SWISS VEGETABLE BAKE 
1/4 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) round steak (1/2" thick)
Cooking oil
1 can onion soup
4 med. carrots, diced
4 med. potatoes, quartered
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. parsley

Pound flour into steak; brown in small amount of oil. Place in casserole; add soup, 1/2 soup can water, carrots, potatoes, and seasonings. Bake, covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover; bake for 15 minutes longer. Top with parsley. Yield: 4 servings.
