HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2/3 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Butter casserole (9 x 9 inch or 2 quart). Combine all ingredients. Top with crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let potatoes thaw completely before use.
