ACAPULCO CHICKEN 
4 whole boned chicken breasts
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 (7 oz.) can diced Ortega green chilies
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. Jack cheese

Cook chicken at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1/2 hour. Melt butter and mix in flour. Let bubble and remove from stove. Add sour cream, soup, and chilies. Mix. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Last 10 minutes, sprinkle cheese over chicken and continue baking.
