CHICKEN AND TACO CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, and torn in pieces
1 pkg. corn tortillas, torn in pieces
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. Ortega chopped green chili peppers
2 cans mushroom soup

Combine all ingredients but chicken and tortillas. Butter casserole dish. Layer ingredients by starting and ending with sauce (i.e. sauce, chicken, tortillas, sauce, and so on..). Bake approximately 2 hours or until thickened at 350 degrees, uncovered.
