PEAR MINCEMEAT 
6 lbs. unpeeled pears
3 lbs. sugar
2 lbs. raisins
2 oranges
1 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vinegar

Grind unpeeled, cored pears. Grind oranges. Combine all ingredients but raisins. Cook 30 minutes stir often. Add raisins last 5 minutes. Seal in jars by processing 20 minutes. Will keep many years.
