CRISPY CHEDDAR CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
1 bag goldfish crackers, crushed
1/2 cup. milk
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Pour crushed goldfish, milk and cheese into 3 separate dishes. Toss salt and pepper onto goldfish.

Spray 9x13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Dip chicken into milk then press cheese onto chicken. Finally, dip cheesy chicken into crackers.

Bake covered at 400°F for 35 minutes then uncovered for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Serves 4.
