BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 bag chopped broccoli
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve of Townhouse crackers
1 stick butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Melt butter. Break up crackers in butter mixture. Place broccoli in casserole dish. Lay cut up Velveeta cheese on top of broccoli. Top with cracker mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
