BROCCOLI - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
35 Ritz crackers
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Melt cheese and butter together. Drain broccoli and mix with cheese and butter mixture. Layer in casserole dish, about 1/3 of each at a time. End with crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until bubbly).
