BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced 1 stick butter 1 to 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Cook broccoli for 3 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Spread layer of broccoli in well buttered dish. Layer with 1/2 of the sliced cheese and butter. Add remaining broccoli, top with remaining cheese and butter. Spread cracker crumbs evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
