BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. butter
48 Ritz crackers
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 c. fresh cooked mushrooms

Steam broccoli until tender. Melt butter. Crush Ritz crackers; mix with melted butter. Use mixture to form crust in bottom of 9 x 2 inch casserole. Slice Velveeta cheese thin. Place broccoli on crust; then layer mushrooms and then cheese slices on top. Pour milk over cheese. Put whole crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
