CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
Chopped broccoli (Fresh or frozen), about 2 c.
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. butter

Chop broccoli fine and cook with a cup of water for 5 minutes. Do not drain. Use a large kettle. Add remaining ingredients to kettle and bring to boil. Simmer slowly for a few minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
