BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 whole strip of crushed Ritz crackers

Cook and drain broccoli. Put in a casserole dish. Melt 1 stick of butter with 8 ounces Velveeta cheese and add 1 cup sour cream. Pour over broccoli. Melt the other stick of butter and add the crushed crackers. Spread on top of mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees (10 minutes covered, 10 minutes uncovered).
