BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. American or Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
20-24 Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli as package directs. Drain thoroughly. Cut cheese into approximately 1-inch squares. Stir cheese and half of the butter into the broccoli until melted. Grease pan with some leftover butter. Pour broccoli into pan. Crumble crackers over it and drizzle the rest of the butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
