BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 stick butter

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
25 Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook and chop broccoli. Add Velveeta and butter; stir until well mixed. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix melted butter and crackers; place on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
