BROCCOLI AND SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter

Cook spinach and broccoli according to directions. Add 1/4 cup butter and Velveeta cheese; simmer until cheese is melted. Pour into casserole dish. Melt remaining butter and combine with crushed Ritz crackers and distribute over top of vegetables. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes in regular oven or about 7 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
