WHITE SAUCE FOR TORTELLINI OR
FETTUCINI
 
1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. cream
Parsley, chopped

Melt butter in saucepan. Add cheese, cream, and parsley. Stir continuously over low heat. Pour over cooked tortellini or fettucini and serve immediately. Serves 4.
