BROCCOLI AND SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove chopped garlic 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, broken into little pieces 1 c. mushrooms 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) frozen pkg. chopped spinach 1 (10 oz.) frozen pkg. chopped broccoli Saute together celery, onion, garlic, mushroom and Italian sausage over medium heat for 10 minutes. Set aside. Boil frozen spinach and broccoli for 10 minutes. Drain well. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and saute mixture. Place in casserole dish. Then bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired. |
