MY SISTER'S BROCCOLI-RICE-CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
2 c. water

Brown the rice (uncooked) and onion in stick of butter. Meanwhile, cook broccoli in 2 cups water. Mix browned rice with cooked broccoli. Let stand 5 minutes. Add soup and Cheez Whiz. (May not want to use whole jar - depends on how hot you like it.) Stir. Bake 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
