BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cut frozen broccoli
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or Velveeta, cut in sm. pieces
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
Salt to taste
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Spread broccoli in bottom of buttered casserole. Add cheese and mushroom soup. Season with salt to taste. Toss bread with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned. Yield: 6 servings. Can be made ahead, refrigerated and baking will take a longer time.
