2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water (cold)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Miracle Whip

Sift together flour, soda, sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost if desired.
