BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or asparagus spears, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Cornflake crumbs

Arrange broccoli spears in bottom of buttered shallow 2 quart casserole. Mix together the mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, soy sauce and curry powder. Pour over broccoli. Top with cheese. Cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
